    Approval for selling on Rasanasa is subject to verification and compliance with our standards.

2. Product Quality and Compliance

    Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring that their products meet quality standards and comply with legal regulations.
    Strictly no fake, low-quality, or illegal items are permitted. Any violation will result in removal from the platform, potential fines, or legal action if required.

3. Product Listing and Categories

    Sellers may list products across categories as per Rasanasa’s guidelines, ensuring all descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate.
    Misleading or inaccurate listings will be reviewed and may result in temporary suspension.

4. Order Fulfillment and Customer Service

    Sellers must ensure prompt fulfillment of orders, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
    Any complaints regarding product quality, authenticity, or other issues will be directed to the seller, who is responsible for resolution.

5. Returns and Refunds

    Sellers must have a return and refund policy in place that aligns with Rasanasa’s standards.
    Rasanasa may intervene in cases of unresolved customer disputes and reserves the right to act in the interest of buyer protection.

6. Marketing and Promotion

    Rasanasa supports its sellers through promotional programs; however, participation is optional.
    Unauthorized use of Rasanasa branding or promotions outside approved channels is prohibited.

7. Compliance and Penalties

    Failure to adhere to these policies can result in listing suspension, account deactivation, or legal action for severe violations.
    Sellers agree to bear all liabilities for non-compliance, including but not limited to fines or compensation for affected customers.

    Sellers must maintain active communication with the Rasanasa support team to resolve any platform-related issues.
    Regular updates to policies will be communicated, and adherence is mandatory for continued participation in the Seller Program.
