Rasanasa's Return Policies

We wish you every purchase with a good experience with the right product. Even though if there is any manufacturing fault or if the delivered product is wrong we are offering an exchange or return facility. To claim a return or exchange you must need to take an un-boxing video Without un-boxing the video we will not accept the return or exchange request.

Return, exchange, Refund or Warranty won't be applicable for the conditions- bellow  

  • Physical Damage or burn items
  • All kinds of Digital products and software
  • Clearance sell items
  • If the intact seal is torn or damaged
  • Undergarments items
  • Any accessories or Charger or Adapter
  • Any kinds of gift items which is not paid
  • If the product has any scratches
  • If the item is not in re-sellable conditions
  • If the item is not including all the accessories,papers,and other things that were delivered

you must need to return all the boxes, warranty cards, user manuals, accessories, stickers, labels, gift items with the proper box and without putting any sticky tape on the product. You need to bring the item to our office or send it by courier to our office address and you need to pay the courier charge while sending the package to us.
After receiving the product we will check and let you know the status. If a refund is required it will be done within 72 hours of receiving the items.
If there is any fault of the product, we will bear the courier charge as inside Dhaka 60 Tk and outside Dhaka 120 Taka if there is any additional charges customer needs to bear that. If the product is OK but the customer still wants to return and get a refund in that case all the necessary Payment processing fee and delivery charges will be bear by the customer.
If the customer receives any discount or cashback or gift it should be taken back and refund.

Rasanasa's Refund Policies

If a product ordered for payment is out of stock or if there's a problem with any product resulting in return, or if one product out of multiple products ordered is out of stock and there's no possibility of restocking within a short time, a payment refund will be initiated. The decision regarding refunds will be made after evaluating whether the product is resalable or not.

Below are the refund methods:

Payment Refund Method:  Bkash/Cash or any MFS, Credit/Debit Card

Time Required for Refund: Refunds will be initiated within 72 hours from the date of refund request through the same method used for payment. In the case of payment refund to a debit or credit card, it may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect in your account statement. If it doesn't reflect within this time, contact your card issuer bank or email us at support@rasanasa.com  mentioning your order number.

 

Refund Charges: No charges will be applicable for refunds, meaning the amount you paid will be refunded. However, if the product is returned due to courier handover or for any reason after delivery (exchange or warranty policy applies if there's an issue with the product), in such cases, a courier charge and processing fee will be deducted. For orders within Dhaka City Tk. 100 will be deducted, and for orders outside Dhaka, Tk. 200 plus payment settlement fee (where applicable) will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

 

Refund Conditions for Discounts or Offers: If there's an offer on Bkash, Rocket, Cash, Visa, MasterCard, or Amex card and if the order or transaction is refunded, the discount or cashback amount is not refundable. Meaning, if you paid Tk. 500 for a product worth Tk. 600 as part of an offer, and if you received a cashback of Tk. 100, during refund, the cashback amount will be deducted, and only the amount you paid will be refunded.
