Shipping Policy

We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please note our shipping policy as follows:

Inside Dhaka delivery within 02-03 business days
Outside Dhaka delivery within 03-05 business days
Inside Dhaka delivery fee is 70 TK
Outside Dhaka Delivery fee is 150 TK
Note: *If the weight increase, the charge will change accordingly.


After you receive the shipment, our delivery team will wait for 5 minutes to let you check on the product. If you have any issue with the product, you can contact our Customer Services Department and return the product instantly. We don’t accept returns unless the product is defective.

Please note that we are associated with a shipping company to deliver orders. Hence, the delivery process is not completely in our control. We apologize for occurrence of any damage & promise to compensate for it.
